What LipiHaus is
LipiHaus is a discovery directory of South Asian businesses and creators in the United States. The Site does not sell products or services, process payments, or facilitate transactions. Any links to a business’s own website or social media take you to third-party sites we do not control.
Accounts
To submit a listing or check its status, you sign in using a passwordless link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for activity that occurs through it.
Submitting listings
- You may submit listings for real South Asian businesses or creators.
- You must provide accurate information and have the right to share it, including any images and links.
- Submissions are reviewed by our team and may be approved, rejected, edited, or removed at our discretion.
- You must not submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant LipiHaus a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content within the directory for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.
No endorsements
Listings are provided for discovery only. LipiHaus does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any business, product, service, or statement made by a listed business. A listing is not a recommendation.
Third-party links and businesses
The directory links to external websites and social profiles. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, accuracy, or practices of any third-party business or site. Any transaction or interaction you have with a listed business is solely between you and that business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Submit content that infringes the rights of others;
- Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt the Site or its data;
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site;
- Impersonate another person or business.
Removal of content
We may remove or hide any listing or content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, without notice.
Intellectual property
The LipiHaus name, logo, and Site design are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as needed to view and use the directory.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing or linked third-party business.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LipiHaus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or business, arising from your use of the Site.
Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
